There are two WTF’s today. The first is one you have probably asked, WTF happened to Bite This? Has this broad stopped feeding her children?

No, not entirely. I’ve just been too busy to cook anything new or interesting. You guys know how to make peanut butter & jelly and mac & cheese with hot dogs right? Anywho, due to some schedule changes I am going to move Bite This to Thursdays. I’ll try to start this week.

The second WTF has to do with Gary the Gecko. I’ve mentioned Gary before, if you missed it you can read about my adventures with him here. I’m not a fan of Gary. Just a tip, don’t ever buy your child a pet that lives for 30 years. He was expensive, boring, and smelly. The thought of him outliving me was more than I could bare.

I tried to convince John to give him away. I even offered to buy him something new. I realize allowing John to give away a pet that he wanted teaches him nothing about responsibility. I know I am making it worse by offering to replace the pet with a material object.

But Gary the Gecko smelled really bad. And he was going to live another 25 years.

So WTF to my bad parenting.

And replacing a pet with this.

It’s a belt buckle. Kind of awesome isn’t it?
