Poor Puppy. He looks more like the flag of Espirito Santo, which is a state in Brazil, than the US flag. It’s pink and blue. If, IF, you are going to spray paint your dog, at least do a good job of it.
But really, painting a dog is not ok. Not at all ok.
I hope it washes off easily.

I don’t know why he didn’t shave stars and stripes into the dog’s coat. Then we would have known he was serious.

OMG are you kidding me? Nothing says patriotic like a painted dog, of course! I actually think they should have done a more precise job, like painting an actual flag on him instead of pinning one to his harness. Lazy.

Maybe its the spray that the little girls put in there hair and it just washes out. They are suppose to be safe/ non toxic on skin although little girls dont lick there hair like dogs lol.
Hopefully there is some doggie paint we alllllll dont know about and the guy wasnt that stupid. Just saying…… trying to give the guy the benefit of the doubt :-/
Im with B though, it would irritate me more depending on how I liked/disliked the person.
I have an ex boyfriend who every year at Easter they would put the left over Easter Egg dye onto the dog fur….obnoxious poor Dougy somehow that dog lived to be almost 20.
